I'm a person that pays attention those messages more than alerts from apps. User friendly. You can tell that the designer put a lot of thought into making sure the user experience was top notch.

He went over to the storage unit with me to unlock it also came back a few hours later to check on me to see how things were going as I had told him that it was the first storage unit that I’ve ever bought, Dave gave me his card so that I would have a contact if I needed anything. I gave Dave five stars for his excellent customer service.

Good App but start with smaller units I like using the app but the cons do over way the bad. My experience was horrible bad customer service didn't always know how to help. I was banned right away 😂 You have to learn the ends and out but by that time you will be banned probably. Great way to earn a few dollars. Start with smaller units first and be careful of the ones not organized my daughter was hospitalized twice.
