Good App but start with smaller units I like using the app but the cons do over way the bad. My experience was horrible bad customer service didn't always know how to help. I was banned right away 😂 You have to learn the ends and out but by that time you will be banned probably. Great way to earn a few dollars. Start with smaller units first and be careful of the ones not organized my daughter was hospitalized twice.

Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma Bought a unit from Urban Storage in Tacoma. Cleaned it out and went back for my deposit. No problem with unit being cleaned but woman working couldn't find my deposit. I was there for an hour while she called around. She talked to her boss who wanted me to sign the form stating I received my deposit back. I told her that wasn't happening until I got my deposit back. Woman had a terrible attitude and her boss was even worse. Deposit was finally located and I got it back. The customer service was horrible although the day I came in and paid for the unit, it was great as was the woman working.

Dave was very helpful explaining the… Dave was very helpful explaining the paperwork for me to sign. He went over to the storage unit with me to unlock it also came back a few hours later to check on me to see how things were going as I had told him that it was the first storage unit that I’ve ever bought, Dave gave me his card so that I would have a contact if I needed anything. I gave Dave five stars for his excellent customer service.

Love this Amazingly easy website to use and understand. I've won two units so far and the process to pay and pick-up was smooth. Will continue to use this site. I was worried about how this might turn out and it was all great. Zero complaints!
