not reliable I have asked (on a Sunday) specifively (and paid 30 euro extra) to pick up at tuesday (Monday was not possible) to deliver Wednesday (before 13:00). I just got a message from my client that they still did not get the product. Maybe this works for many products and customers, but not for me... 2 days delay is unacceptable ... specially without notice...

overall good experience Great customer service. Not depending on them, but to be improved was the forecasted delivery time. The cargo was supposed to arrive on Monday while it arrived on Friday before. Otherwise good service.
