Additional pickup charges without any… Additional pickup charges without any proof. We regularly do pickups in Germany always the same pallet size and we correctly provide it to Quicargo. Imagine the shock when the carrier says "no the pallet's are bigger" and then refuses pickup while charging full price!! Yet the pallets are exactly as specified. There has been no change. How desperately are you looking for a transport company? Zero communication, zero transparency. Pallets have disappeared, have re-appeared, have been delivered according to their system, while the client has not received anything. Our most recent transport was the last one with Quicargo. My client asked to be called at arrival since he lives 5 minutes away from the drop-off location. The driver never called, and charged us for the non-delivery. Quicargo's reponse: "The driver is not legally obliged to call." My client did not have his urgent goods on time. The stress and worries of working with Quicargo are not worth the price.

Shocking,disappointing, disgraceful experience I run a Fulfillment center, and use quicargo often. I just had a shocking disgraceful experience, and am planning on stopping with them. They put a shipment on hold, then we were in talks with them, arranging correct documentation. Inmiddle of sorting this out, they sent a truck to pickup the pallets. But they were not ready, due to shipment being on hold, and us talking to them. After emailing them a couple of times, it was like talking to a brick wall. Highly disappointed

Amazing service and super fast Amazing service - in the busiest time of the year (between Christmas and NY) the managed to still get my shipping to the right location in time, without additional costs. Super friendly service and extremely responsive. My best experience with a courier service so far. I’ll be using them again within the next 2 weeks!
