not reliable I have asked (on a Sunday) specifively (and paid 30 euro extra) to pick up at tuesday (Monday was not possible) to deliver Wednesday (before 13:00). I just got a message from my client that they still did not get the product. Maybe this works for many products and customers, but not for me... 2 days delay is unacceptable ... specially without notice...

web site is user friendly web site is user friendly. communication is easy. tracking the deliveries from the web site is easy.not always quick interms of deliveries( however 1 delivery out 10 delivery was late, which is a good performance). In case a direct contact is needed, customer service is helpful by emails
