Additional pickup charges without any… Additional pickup charges without any proof. We regularly do pickups in Germany always the same pallet size and we correctly provide it to Quicargo. Imagine the shock when the carrier says "no the pallet's are bigger" and then refuses pickup while charging full price!! Yet the pallets are exactly as specified. There has been no change.
