GBNot Happy I waited to rate you it’s been over a month and no other communication. The box I received while in transit was damaged by DHL when the post office received it damaged & empty they still had to deliver it, and I received an empty and damaged package. Now Touch of modern only wants to give me $23 not the $90.30 I paid and that’s what I was advised I would receive.

CASo impressed! I used Shipped’s app to request assistance to track my delayed parcel. They emailed me the next day and followed up with locating the parcel. The following day, upon its delivery when I wasn’t at home, they emailed me again to inform me of its delivery, with photos of its drop off spot and confirmed it was sent to my condo. Excellent and efficient service.

GBService with an edge. I ordered some folding knives from Touch of Modern and when they arrived I noticed the blades were bent. I took photos showing the issue and sent them in. Before I knew it the purchase was refunded, amazingly fast. Shipped took prompt action resolving the situation almost to the point of it not happening.

CAGood customer service - Great product The first screen cracked after the first start up. It was a defective product. Mobile pixel has agreed to fully replace it. Communication was smooth and supportive. At the of day, that's a good product that greatly improves productivity!

GBQuick Response They were quickly responsive to refunding me for the damaged packaging and product. I supplied photos, of course. And, the merchant quickly made a new product so i would have it in time for event.
