GBWon’t Buy From Businesses Who Use Shipped This has been a ridiculous, frustrating experience. I purchased something that was shipped using the app, and the item was never rendered to USPS. Shipped issued a refund, but that didn’t include the shield service OR the shipping fee. So I received no product AND no full refund.

GBI am having issues between what Touch… I am having issues between what Touch of Modern is saying and what Shipped has on file and nobody can give me an answer. This is about two other items order number O7513899575 and item is Carbon Fiber Stainless Steel Domed Ring // 8mm // Black + Silver where Touch of modern says it was mail but Shipped says it was not and I have not received the item.

GBQuick Response They were quickly responsive to refunding me for the damaged packaging and product. I supplied photos, of course. And, the merchant quickly made a new product so i would have it in time for event.
