Excellent experience Excellent experience. The lamp was broken when I opened the package, although there was no damage to the box itself. After contacting and submitting the picture, the claim was approved right away, Shipped contacted the seller, and arranged the replacement. Couldn't have gone better than that!

Quick Response They were quickly responsive to refunding me for the damaged packaging and product. I supplied photos, of course. And, the merchant quickly made a new product so i would have it in time for event.

It’s not the refund you expected!!! As far as I can tell, this is just one extra layer between the seller (that doesn’t want to stand by their products) and the shipper. You should be suspicious if a company uses this service. In my case I purchased the insurance for a nice cane. The package arrived but the merchandise was broken so I filed a claim. I did receive a refund for the merchandise but I didn’t get a refund for the shipping. So, I paid $10 for shipping and say $1 for the insurance for absolutely nothing. Remember, think twice before you decide to put an order into an online company that uses this vendor.
