USThe absolute worst The absolute worst, they have lost my shipment twice, I am not able to get a hold of anyone, and even though they say I can get a refund it doesn't provide any options. I am actually going to call my credit card and contest the charge due to their lack of action.

USI am having issues between what Touch… I am having issues between what Touch of Modern is saying and what Shipped has on file and nobody can give me an answer. This is about two other items order number O7513899575 and item is Carbon Fiber Stainless Steel Domed Ring // 8mm // Black + Silver where Touch of modern says it was mail but Shipped says it was not and I have not received the item.

USIt’s not the refund you expected!!! As far as I can tell, this is just one extra layer between the seller (that doesn’t want to stand by their products) and the shipper. You should be suspicious if a company uses this service. In my case I purchased the insurance for a nice cane. The package arrived but the merchandise was broken so I filed a claim. I did receive a refund for the merchandise but I didn’t get a refund for the shipping. So, I paid $10 for shipping and say $1 for the insurance for absolutely nothing. Remember, think twice before you decide to put an order into an online company that uses this vendor.
