fedex lost/indefinitely delayed my… fedex lost/indefinitely delayed my shipment. A waited through the delays for a month or so. I called to resolve the issue to no avail. So I filed a claim with shipped an they quickly issued me a refund and resolved the issue in minutes.

Package arrived damaged Package arrived damaged. While Shipped refunded the amount of the item itself, I still paid for the taxes, shipping, international shipping, duties. Additionally, I have not been provided instructions on how to ship the item back. Disposing of the item myself will be an additional expense at the city dump. No way to reach the company to discuss further.

It’s not the refund you expected!!! As far as I can tell, this is just one extra layer between the seller (that doesn’t want to stand by their products) and the shipper. You should be suspicious if a company uses this service. In my case I purchased the insurance for a nice cane. The package arrived but the merchandise was broken so I filed a claim. I did receive a refund for the merchandise but I didn’t get a refund for the shipping. So, I paid $10 for shipping and say $1 for the insurance for absolutely nothing. Remember, think twice before you decide to put an order into an online company that uses this vendor.

I am having issues between what Touch… I am having issues between what Touch of Modern is saying and what Shipped has on file and nobody can give me an answer. This is about two other items order number O7513899575 and item is Carbon Fiber Stainless Steel Domed Ring // 8mm // Black + Silver where Touch of modern says it was mail but Shipped says it was not and I have not received the item.
