CAPackage arrived damaged Package arrived damaged. While Shipped refunded the amount of the item itself, I still paid for the taxes, shipping, international shipping, duties. Additionally, I have not been provided instructions on how to ship the item back. Disposing of the item myself will be an additional expense at the city dump. No way to reach the company to discuss further.

USQuick Response They were quickly responsive to refunding me for the damaged packaging and product. I supplied photos, of course. And, the merchant quickly made a new product so i would have it in time for event.

CASo impressed! I used Shipped’s app to request assistance to track my delayed parcel. They emailed me the next day and followed up with locating the parcel. The following day, upon its delivery when I wasn’t at home, they emailed me again to inform me of its delivery, with photos of its drop off spot and confirmed it was sent to my condo. Excellent and efficient service.
