USWon’t Buy From Businesses Who Use Shipped This has been a ridiculous, frustrating experience. I purchased something that was shipped using the app, and the item was never rendered to USPS. Shipped issued a refund, but that didn’t include the shield service OR the shipping fee. So I received no product AND no full refund.

USfedex lost/indefinitely delayed my… fedex lost/indefinitely delayed my shipment. A waited through the delays for a month or so. I called to resolve the issue to no avail. So I filed a claim with shipped an they quickly issued me a refund and resolved the issue in minutes.

USExcellent experience Excellent experience. The lamp was broken when I opened the package, although there was no damage to the box itself. After contacting and submitting the picture, the claim was approved right away, Shipped contacted the seller, and arranged the replacement. Couldn't have gone better than that!

USService with an edge. I ordered some folding knives from Touch of Modern and when they arrived I noticed the blades were bent. I took photos showing the issue and sent them in. Before I knew it the purchase was refunded, amazingly fast. Shipped took prompt action resolving the situation almost to the point of it not happening.

CAGood customer service - Great product The first screen cracked after the first start up. It was a defective product. Mobile pixel has agreed to fully replace it. Communication was smooth and supportive. At the of day, that's a good product that greatly improves productivity!
