Don't ever let your parcel arrive here!!!! Don't let your parcel get shipped to here! I used the UK part of the website. once it arrived at the suit, they told my my parcel wouldn't be able to leave the uk, because it had dangerous goods in it (perfume). if they would've told me this on forehand, I would've never ordered it. if I wanted to return it, it would cost me 8 dollars. I tried to let them send it to a pick up point in central London, because I would be there next month. they don't offer that service. so now I don't have my package and I have to return it to the seller to get my money back.

I did chat feature with no help, just told management will email me. I do not have any sticker option in my shipping preferences either. Worst experience ever!!! Worst experience ever! Worst service ever! They write different prices from the actual price, and because of this, I've been asked to pay tax! In WhatsApp, they will get back to you after 10 hours, but if you do not respond within 5 minutes, they will close the ticket! I deleted their numbers and website and want nothing from them any more!

This company simply stole my money... This company simply stole my money in January and did not deliver anything. They ignore my emails, they fob me off on chat with promises of getting back to me and never do and then, to top it off, have the cheek to send me a customer satisfaction survey.

Positive 3+ years Experience I have been using this service for more than 3 years, as well a few others. To ship from USA to South Pacific Islands near Australia.. I have found MyUS offers the best service and shipping fees. No place is perfect, however my experience with shipping and customer service has been very good over the past 3+ years..If I was to give any negative, it would be that at times when a change or update needs to take place for something to change regarding a value or customs id it may take 1-3 days for the matter to be corrected.. MyUS is a very good service and they work hard to meet your needs as well comply to shipping rules. I have and do recommend their services.. and rates are about the best in the business of shipping..using FedEx, DHL,UPS and USPS.
