GBPackage lost Package lost The MyUS UK branch changed their warehouse address, so that packages sent to the old address are lost. Customer Service confirmed this but refused to pay the value of the lost package. A responsible company would have set up a 6- or 12-month forwarding service, and add a big note to the box warning of the address change. Instead, they sent an inconspicuous email that looked like the usual spam. Unprofessional. AVOID!

SEAbsolutely horrendous company Absolutely horrendous company. Liars, cheaters and the support doesent give a crap. I ordered an item worth $220 and then they hit me with a ridicilous $240 shipping fee. After i paid they claim that the item cant be shipped because its glass (its plastic). I check if it is glass and the originial shipper denies it. Saying its plastic. They then say i need to pay for ”FedEx” instead of DHL. Which is a lie because i was in touch with both companies and they didnt have any problems with my package. MyUS then tries to make me pay even more for shipping and puts my order ”in review” for days on end so i cant even pay them what they ask for. The support completely ignores anything you say. They then tell me it cant be shipped because of this and that. Eventually i give up and tell them to discard the item because the shipper doesent accept refunds. They have done this to many people. If you read reviews on reviews.io you will see this. They keep expensive items and sell them for a profit. I have now waited a week for a refund, and they tell me it will arrive in 7-10 days from now. Absolutely horrible. Stay away at all cost.

GBMYUS used to be a great company MYUS used to be a great company, but over the last 5 years it has fallen off of a cliff. Now I dread sending a package to them because of the following issues continue to arise and on an increasing basis: 1) Loss/ missing a package. 2) Damage to customer's items. 3) Incorrect numbers of items displayed for a package on the "My Suite" account page. 4) Incorrect item description. Most of the time you get a bunch of cryptic babble. 5) Completely wrong pricing entered, ie. even if an invoice is shipped, the workers that open the box just put whatever they think the item is worth. This can create an issue with customs when you're shipping overseas. 6) Complete disregard/ total apathy of what might happen to customers with an incorrect customs declaration as they will refuse to make changes to pricing. Other companies want you to fill the customs declaration. Perhaps a good class action will help correct their course.

DEAvoid Hidden fees and wrong allocation of items in packages. Extremely expensive to ship from US to Europe. A package worth ca. 270 Euro would cost ca. 100 Euro more, which would also increase the tax massively. In the end one pays 450-500 Euro for items you can get cheaper in Europe… Try other companies, they might be cheaper…

GBI have been using MyUs since 2022 and its a life saver I have been using MyUs since 2022 and they have been a life saver. I love the clothes from this one company that only ship within he US so being able to use MyUS to get items I buy form the company in question is great. The service is quick, I can always get a reply on a query and the shipping options are really reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get items shipped from US based companies that do not currently ship to the U.K
