CAMy shipments now get an 8 dollar sticker fee My shipments now get an 8 dollar charge for ion sticker??? For a watch with a dead batttery??!! Ridiculous! I did chat feature with no help, just told management will email me. I do not have any sticker option in my shipping preferences either. And if I try to email about it, no response for days and then a holding charge for a shipment? It's getting ridiculous

SEIm very disappointed with this service Im very disappointed with this service. I now terminated my account. I ended up discarding all the items I had in their warehouse because it got more expensive to ship it to me than to buy new products and ship directly to me. This company is a scam. So in the end I chose to destroy the vinyl records they had that was mine instead of ship them to me. That tells a lot on how bad it is. The first batch of vinyls (8 records) coasted me 350 usd to ship from Myus.com. Totally ridiculous and way more expensive than the value of the records.

IDRejected application, rude customer service rep Was referred to their site by a private seller who uses them, and they rejected my application without reason or explanation. I contacted the live chat and spoke to an extremely rude customer service agent called Mark who gave cold, and unhelpful responses. After reading all the other reviews here, I’m glad they rejected.

DEAvoid Hidden fees and wrong allocation of items in packages. Extremely expensive to ship from US to Europe. A package worth ca. 270 Euro would cost ca. 100 Euro more, which would also increase the tax massively. In the end one pays 450-500 Euro for items you can get cheaper in Europe… Try other companies, they might be cheaper…

DEI used myUS for the first time and for… I used myUS for the first time and for me it worked perfectly great. Received everything without any damage. Charging for weight instead of measurements is a big advantage compared to all the other services I used before. It makes things a lot easier. Please keep that up. Also paying duties up front worked great. I think some people here just did not understand how to declare customs correctly. Because for me there was no issue. On the website I also filled in the wrong amount at first but after double checking I got it right. So no problem at all with customs for me. The only little disadvantage is that it is lil bit unclear how much needs to be paid for shipping/customs until the payment is actually done. That should be displayed in a way right before shipping. But if myUS won't increase shipping rates, I will definitely keep using myUS in future. Because so far my first experience was very good. I hope they keep up the standard. For my part I can definitely recommend.
