Package lost Package lost The MyUS UK branch changed their warehouse address, so that packages sent to the old address are lost. Customer Service confirmed this but refused to pay the value of the lost package. A responsible company would have set up a 6- or 12-month forwarding service, and add a big note to the box warning of the address change. Instead, they sent an inconspicuous email that looked like the usual spam. Unprofessional. AVOID!

This company simply stole my money... This company simply stole my money in January and did not deliver anything. They ignore my emails, they fob me off on chat with promises of getting back to me and never do and then, to top it off, have the cheek to send me a customer satisfaction survey.

I could not get my package sent to me I could not get my package sent to me. They keep asking for my invoice each time i make an enquiry. I sent an invoice to them over 8 times and they keep asking for an invoice. At the same time they keep attempting to charge my card without giving an update on my package. This went on for 3 months. They just keep attempting to charge my card details almost everyday. I have decided to block any transaction that comes from them form my card issuer. The last time i made an enquiry was just today and the customer service was asking of my invoice again and she said they do not have any copy of my invoices with them. (After 3 Months) MYUS is a SCAM!!!

I used myUS for the first time and for… I used myUS for the first time and for me it worked perfectly great. Received everything without any damage. Charging for weight instead of measurements is a big advantage compared to all the other services I used before. It makes things a lot easier. Please keep that up. Also paying duties up front worked great. I think some people here just did not understand how to declare customs correctly. Because for me there was no issue. On the website I also filled in the wrong amount at first but after double checking I got it right. So no problem at all with customs for me. The only little disadvantage is that it is lil bit unclear how much needs to be paid for shipping/customs until the payment is actually done. That should be displayed in a way right before shipping. But if myUS won't increase shipping rates, I will definitely keep using myUS in future. Because so far my first experience was very good. I hope they keep up the standard. For my part I can definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever!!! Worst experience ever! Worst service ever! They write different prices from the actual price, and because of this, I've been asked to pay tax! In WhatsApp, they will get back to you after 10 hours, but if you do not respond within 5 minutes, they will close the ticket! I deleted their numbers and website and want nothing from them any more!
