This company simply stole my money... This company simply stole my money in January and did not deliver anything. They ignore my emails, they fob me off on chat with promises of getting back to me and never do and then, to top it off, have the cheek to send me a customer satisfaction survey.

Quite satisfied I used these guys a handful of times to forward parcels from the US to Greece, including 3 or 4 times recently. I am surprised by all these negative reviews. Overall, I can't complain about the service; the pricing is quite reasonable. I will use them again.

I have found MyUS offers the best service and shipping fees. No place is perfect, however my experience with shipping and customer service has been very good over the past 3+ years..If I was to give any negative, it would be that at times when a change or update needs to take place for something to change regarding a value or customs id it may take 1-3 days for the matter to be corrected.. MyUS is a very good service and they work hard to meet your needs as well comply to shipping rules. I have and do recommend their services.. and rates are about the best in the business of shipping..using FedEx, DHL,UPS and USPS.
