Don't ever let your parcel arrive here!!!! Don't let your parcel get shipped to here! I used the UK part of the website. once it arrived at the suit, they told my my parcel wouldn't be able to leave the uk, because it had dangerous goods in it (perfume). if they would've told me this on forehand, I would've never ordered it. if I wanted to return it, it would cost me 8 dollars. I tried to let them send it to a pick up point in central London, because I would be there next month. they don't offer that service. so now I don't have my package and I have to return it to the seller to get my money back.

I have been using MyUs since 2022 and its a life saver I have been using MyUs since 2022 and they have been a life saver. I love the clothes from this one company that only ship within he US so being able to use MyUS to get items I buy form the company in question is great. The service is quick, I can always get a reply on a query and the shipping options are really reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get items shipped from US based companies that do not currently ship to the U.K

Im very disappointed with this service Im very disappointed with this service. I now terminated my account. I ended up discarding all the items I had in their warehouse because it got more expensive to ship it to me than to buy new products and ship directly to me. This company is a scam. So in the end I chose to destroy the vinyl records they had that was mine instead of ship them to me. That tells a lot on how bad it is. The first batch of vinyls (8 records) coasted me 350 usd to ship from Myus.com. Totally ridiculous and way more expensive than the value of the records.

Positive 3+ years Experience I have been using this service for more than 3 years, as well a few others. To ship from USA to South Pacific Islands near Australia.. I have found MyUS offers the best service and shipping fees. No place is perfect, however my experience with shipping and customer service has been very good over the past 3+ years..If I was to give any negative, it would be that at times when a change or update needs to take place for something to change regarding a value or customs id it may take 1-3 days for the matter to be corrected.. MyUS is a very good service and they work hard to meet your needs as well comply to shipping rules. I have and do recommend their services.. and rates are about the best in the business of shipping..using FedEx, DHL,UPS and USPS.

Extortion at its finest Extortion at its finest. Once they have your package its the end of any customer service and when you complain they curtly offer to close your account knowing they have your package. It’s cheaper and safer to use FEDEX or similar directly. You can only contact a call centre if you have a problem not anyone actually able to assist you.
