Polite, professional and diligent The delivery crew (Saïd and Abdul) were very polite, helpful and professional. They arrived early, worked diligently and treated my belongings with care. They were considerate and pleasant to deal with. This was my sixth move with FlatRate and I would always recommend them.

Excellent moving crew second time around I used FlatRate twice in the space of two months. First, to remove the contents of my home to a storage facility, then six weeks later to shift everything to my new residence. Bernard was very helpful and calm with planning, and Rigo and his team, Angel and Uriel, were The Best in packing and moving my furniture and belongings with utmost care, so much so I requested them for the second phase of the move. Highly recommend!

Third Flatrate move This was my third move with Flatrate (one overseas and two in New York City) and I’ve always had a great experience. The crew did a great job—even with a challenging entryway at the move-in location. The team was also very flexible with some last minute changes. Definitely recommend.
