Everything was well wrapped and arrived together & undamaged. They followed up with him as it arrived and I was always kept in the 'loop.' You were referred to us by a large moving company for whom my shipment was too small.

GBHighly Recommend Our Ship Smart experience was excellent. We found their team to be responsive, professional, and they performed as agreed. We paid the extra amount to have the items moved into the house, unwrapped, and the wrapping materials were then removed from the house by the moving team. Ours was a small move from Amelia Island, FL to Chicago, IL. Small, but the items were precious to my mother. Most important was a 110 year old wicker tea cart. We even included a note that said "please treat this like your favorite great grandmother". The tea cart arrived in perfect condition, as well as the other furniture and boxes we packed. Honestly, it could not have gone more smoothly.

GBWorst shipping experience ever!! Worst shipping experience ever!!! DO NOT USE!! All boxes were crushed, all furniture was broken, family heirlooms were destroyed. Ship Smart was not interested in helping to resolve this and just told us to file with insurance. No apologies or effort to make this right. They did not ship as advertised. I highly recommend using ANY other company if you value your stuff and time.

GBPA to CA Moved from PA to CA last year and had the pleasure of having Ship smart handle my move of 24 plastic containers and a peloton bike. The pick up with smooth and the turnaround time was quick! The Ship Smart representatives were all friendly and professional. Considering this move was across country I found it quite affordable. I will definitely use this company again and I highly encourage anyone moving to as well.

GBMake sure you get insurance. I'll be honest...this wasn't the best experience for us. We hired Ship Smart to move my daughter from Texas to Ohio. While the people were all very nice, the crew that packed up her belongings in Dallas were not terribly careful and several things were damaged. That said, customer service has been very responsive and very helpful in rectifying the situation.
