She kept me apprised on pick up timing. The desk was picked up on time, shipped in the time expected and arrived extremely well wrapped and unmarked. My highest praise to the whole organization.

Great Service ShipSmart was fantastic. I tried for several weeks to identify a moving company to move some of my mother's belongings from a storage unit in Colorado to my home in Michigan after she passed away. I needed to move two chairs, a side table and some boxes. It was impossible to find a company that would manage a "small move" like this and also impossible to find a company to move bulky items such as small furniture. ShipSmart came and picked up the items, packaged them carefully and we selected a mutually agreeable date for delivery. It arrived on time. I appreciate that I can keep some of my mother's treasures.

Service excellence Your company is amazing! From my very first interaction on the phone with your service rep the awesome experience began. Fast, efficient, friendly, seamless service. Had to move my senior parents from NY to my home in VA and arrangements needed to be made during a one week visit to help my mom care for my dad who had a serious fall. I was put in contact with your company, boxes picked up, all within the same week of my visit. The excellent service experience continued when I was contacted to arrange for my boxes to be delivered to their new home. The delivery staff were all great!!! I cannot thank your company enough for making a stressful situation very easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you do day in and day out is so very much appreciated.

Highly Recommend Our Ship Smart experience was excellent. We found their team to be responsive, professional, and they performed as agreed. We paid the extra amount to have the items moved into the house, unwrapped, and the wrapping materials were then removed from the house by the moving team. Ours was a small move from Amelia Island, FL to Chicago, IL. Small, but the items were precious to my mother. Most important was a 110 year old wicker tea cart. We even included a note that said "please treat this like your favorite great grandmother". The tea cart arrived in perfect condition, as well as the other furniture and boxes we packed. Honestly, it could not have gone more smoothly.

Great Experience! Zero complaints! Everything arrived safely. The delivery process was transparent. I was never left wondering where my stuff was. Everything went where it was supposed to go (there were multiple shipments to multiple locations). The guys who delivered to Austin were awesome (I wasn't in FL for shipment and I wasn't in Denver). Everyone has been pleasant and helpful. And, the price was reasonable. I've got zero complaints!!
