Service excellence Your company is amazing! From my very first interaction on the phone with your service rep the awesome experience began. Fast, efficient, friendly, seamless service. Had to move my senior parents from NY to my home in VA and arrangements needed to be made during a one week visit to help my mom care for my dad who had a serious fall. I was put in contact with your company, boxes picked up, all within the same week of my visit. The excellent service experience continued when I was contacted to arrange for my boxes to be delivered to their new home. The delivery staff were all great!!! I cannot thank your company enough for making a stressful situation very easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you do day in and day out is so very much appreciated.

Jasper McQugh then followed up in the same manner to ensure shipping needs were met. Unfortunately, I did not make note of the names of the two gentlemen that came to the house, but their focus, care and attention around packaging to ensure all items to be shipped was remarkable, and so greatly appreciated. Great Company. Extremely good communication from the first to the final contact. Employees at both ends were professional, informative and pleasant. My table arrived in perfect condition and the fellows at the destination brought it inside and placed it for me. They even showed me how to contact them or make a claim if I found an issue after the delivery -- I did not. Yippee!

Everything was done well Everything was done well, from picking up the items to be shipped, preparation for shipping, and delivery. Best of all, every item was in perfect condition with not even a scratch. Several items had hard to replace glass, but these came through in perfect shape. I'd recommend you guys again, especially for a pick up where the customer lives in a different town than the items to be picked up. You guys do great work!
