I looked at several storage unit places… I looked at several storage unit places and found Price Self Storage to be fantastic! The customer service they provided was above and beyond what I expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. There are many perks to using this facility and I’m happy I chose this facility. I would definitely recommend using this place.

Great facility/service, typical unfair/dishonest practices Great location and great service. I’ve had multiple units here and always feel my things are safe in this clean and secure facility. The staff have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. The only cons are typical of any storage facility: Continuous rent increases every 6 months or so. And the highway robbery they get away with by rounding up their unit sizes. At one point I had a “ 5’X5’ “ that measured 50” X 54” I understand rounding to the nearest whole foot, but rounding up ten inches is flat out dishonest.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. When I showed up, the storage unit that i chose was to small for my needs. The rep, quickly showed me another unit and that was more to my liking. I got a great deal due to signing up online. The rep was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. So happy I chose Price Self-Storage.

Price Self Storage- my closet. We live in LA proper, but frequently are out in Azusa and needed a place to store some seasonal items. I checked out Price Self-Storage on a whim, and I'm glad I did! Terrific staff, convenient location, good prices for well-maintained grounds. This is a terrific value and highly convenient for me. Big fan!

Everything is good Everything is good. Customer service was very helpful and I was helped with everything I needed. The only thing to say would be to tell other customers to park correctly in the hallways next to the lockers because sometimes our lockers are unaccessible due to people being in the way or parking right in the entrance.
