GBHave to get an approval for extra time… Have to get an approval for extra time to load storage after hours which wouldn’t be a problem if there wasn’t an issue to grant it. 7pm is really too early for access to your storage if you consider people work during the day. Not to mention having management living on site. 9 pm is more fair.

GBI’ve had an amazing experience… I’ve had an amazing experience so far with Price Self Storage. I booked my unit online and got a follow-up call to confirm within just a few minutes. I went down the next day and spent a brief moment filling out paperwork and then got my storage unit. When I opened it up, everything was clean and tidy. From outside I could see cameras had eyes on the roll up door and that gave a good sense of security. I had the pleasure to use the complimentary moving truck and found that to be really helpful, too. So far my interactions with Jason, Leah, and Ally have been outstanding. Everyone in the office is very helpful and personable.

GBEverything is good Everything is good. Customer service was very helpful and I was helped with everything I needed. The only thing to say would be to tell other customers to park correctly in the hallways next to the lockers because sometimes our lockers are unaccessible due to people being in the way or parking right in the entrance.
