long term clients get rate hikes and new clients get the deals people that have been renting from you for years do not get treated with the same incentives as someone who has no history with the company. I have auto pay, and usually every 4 to 5 months, i can expect a rate increase for no apparent reason. customer service is nice, but management is horrible that long term clients aren't treated fairly as new clients to lure people into renting a space at the facility.

STORAGE I have talked to a few others storage… I have talked to a few others storage places and I found claude to be excellent to talk to and to figured what was good for me very polite and not pushy as in what i needed and with me to get the right size thumbs up i recommend Price self storage highly

I feel that the management can be an… I feel that the management can be an example for professionalism, but it is up to the subordinate to express it. So with that said I would like give kudos to manager Shilo (La Brea & Rodeo) as well as her star employers beginning with the office Kimberly, Mahogany, maintenance; Jose, and Nick. Consequently anyone not mentioned I believe represented unprofessionalism. Thank you for the time.

Great facility/service, typical unfair/dishonest practices Great location and great service. I’ve had multiple units here and always feel my things are safe in this clean and secure facility. The staff have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. The only cons are typical of any storage facility: Continuous rent increases every 6 months or so. And the highway robbery they get away with by rounding up their unit sizes. At one point I had a “ 5’X5’ “ that measured 50” X 54” I understand rounding to the nearest whole foot, but rounding up ten inches is flat out dishonest.
