Great facility/service, typical unfair/dishonest practices Great location and great service. I’ve had multiple units here and always feel my things are safe in this clean and secure facility. The staff have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. The only cons are typical of any storage facility: Continuous rent increases every 6 months or so. And the highway robbery they get away with by rounding up their unit sizes. At one point I had a “ 5’X5’ “ that measured 50” X 54” I understand rounding to the nearest whole foot, but rounding up ten inches is flat out dishonest.

Excellent Staff and Service 10 / 10 Excellent Staff and Service 10 / 10 Easy access Easy parking. Very Regent easy to understand and attractive Storage unit. Let’s not forget the Free use of their moving truck With a driver one round trip No other storage has this many Perks . Competitive Fees. Secure Peace o Mind Gentleman at front counter answered all questions and provided succinct and detailed explanation of fees. Easy to get to freeway wise and love area. Very secure too, has well thought security perimeter.

My second time using this facility and… My second time using this facility and the customer service is awesome. Always polite, friendly and professional. The place is kept clean and very secure. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Mrs. Wheatley!

long term clients get rate hikes and new clients get the deals people that have been renting from you for years do not get treated with the same incentives as someone who has no history with the company. I have auto pay, and usually every 4 to 5 months, i can expect a rate increase for no apparent reason. customer service is nice, but management is horrible that long term clients aren't treated fairly as new clients to lure people into renting a space at the facility.
