I’ve had an amazing experience… I’ve had an amazing experience so far with Price Self Storage. I booked my unit online and got a follow-up call to confirm within just a few minutes. I went down the next day and spent a brief moment filling out paperwork and then got my storage unit. When I opened it up, everything was clean and tidy. From outside I could see cameras had eyes on the roll up door and that gave a good sense of security. I had the pleasure to use the complimentary moving truck and found that to be really helpful, too. So far my interactions with Jason, Leah, and Ally have been outstanding. Everyone in the office is very helpful and personable.

long term clients get rate hikes and new clients get the deals people that have been renting from you for years do not get treated with the same incentives as someone who has no history with the company. I have auto pay, and usually every 4 to 5 months, i can expect a rate increase for no apparent reason. customer service is nice, but management is horrible that long term clients aren't treated fairly as new clients to lure people into renting a space at the facility.
