OUT OF ALL STORAGE FACILITIES I HAVED USED, SELF STORAGE 1 WILL PRO-RATE YOUR FEES. SELF STORAGE 1 has been the only facility that I have used that will pro-rate your monthly fees for however long you have used the facility for storage. The representatives are very nice and always helpful in assisting you with your needs. I am disabled, and all the help counts. The facility also will take your packages for delivery for the customers. This is why I have always chosen and will continue to choose Self Storage 1 for the steel doored units, 10 feet ceilings, and the customer service. Thank you Self Storage 1!

Good Location I have used this facility two different times. The most recent time, I only was supposed to use it for 6-9 months and then life happened and it was 3 years later! Staff is helpful. Location is good because there is little traffic in front of the loading bays, as well as enough parking in front if the bays are occupied. I liked having off-hours that I could go in the facility. Easy to pay with online portal and recurring payments.

This is one of the best Storage with a wonderful staff. This is one of the best Storage facilities in Chicago. They really helped me, and make each process very simple. They showed me multiple units, and treated me with great service above and beyond. The whole team of women there are amazing. I had a bad experience there under the previous management, but they switched management a few years back and they have been truly spectacular. The fact that you can use the truck for free when renting a storage from them is wonderful.
