USImpossible to reach, terrible customer service I’ve had a terrible experience at Self Storage 1- The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. There’s no way to contact the office directly, instead I’ve had to call the phone number, leave a message, and wait around hoping for a call back. They’re uncommunicating and purposefully misleading. I’m still waiting for a response to confirm that they will stop charging me for a unit I moved out of months ago.
