I would say it’s an okay experience I would say it’s an okay experience. I didn’t get my original 50 percent discount for the first three months since booking online and had to call and let them know I was charged full price which thankfully I had enough funds in account to take care of. One of the garage doors was broken for move in and a number of people were moving in at same time which became chaotic.

Excellent service I have had a unit for many years at this building and the staff is excellent! They are very professional and helpful.

My storage experience at Self Storage 1 was excellent! My storage experience at Self Storage 1 on Elston St. in Chicago was excellent! The unit and building were clean and easy to access. The elevators are a bit slow but are very convenient along with the available carts for loading and unloading. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Ciara was especially helpful with our move out. Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend the Self Storage 1 on Elston in Chicago to friends, and I would use them again for any future storage needs.

Extremely Helpful During a Difficult Time. I signed up to use your facilities in June of this year. It was a very difficult situation personally. I appreciated the staff and their support at a time that I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Fortunately all work out in the best possible ways.
