OUT OF ALL STORAGE FACILITIES I HAVED USED, SELF STORAGE 1 WILL PRO-RATE YOUR FEES. SELF STORAGE 1 has been the only facility that I have used that will pro-rate your monthly fees for however long you have used the facility for storage. The representatives are very nice and always helpful in assisting you with your needs. I am disabled, and all the help counts. The facility also will take your packages for delivery for the customers. This is why I have always chosen and will continue to choose Self Storage 1 for the steel doored units, 10 feet ceilings, and the customer service. Thank you Self Storage 1!

Smooth and easy Smooth and easy In what could have been a chaotic and time consuming move of our stuff into storage, the folks at Self-Storage 1 Lincoln Park guided us in and out, made sure others were taking up two spaces to unload, and even cleaned up after we broke an item. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend SelfStorage 1 - Lincoln Park Everything from finding and securing a unit (including setting up billing and insurance), to actual storage during the summer, (it was for our college student while she was home here in CO for the summer), to move-out day, the final check-out, went so smoothly and seamlessly. The front desk staff members are FANTASTIC - professional, friendly, efficient - keep up the great work! Should we need to store things again, we'll be back. A couple more things: The security and climate controlled environment are/were also excellent.

Many Parking issues in garage !!!! Many Parking issues in garage !!!! One of two doors replaced when broke took too long to replace than the new door broke again. You closed the south entrance which caused more parking problems. Limits alternative exit when four cars are inside or three cars in a truck. Thanks please reevaluate your parking spaces. Clients sometimes need more time when moving things in and out so more space would help or rules that people renting space for their do not in front but their garage storage space,

Extremely Helpful During a Difficult Time. I signed up to use your facilities in June of this year. It was a very difficult situation personally. I appreciated the staff and their support at a time that I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Fortunately all work out in the best possible ways.
