DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

The complete ignorance of this company… The complete ignorance of this company astounds me. we paid for our shipment on the 4th. on the 12th we receive an email saying that delivery is due tomorrow but there is a 1700 charge for storage! they won't answer their phone or respond to emails. they basically blackmail you into paying these extortionate fees or you won't get your product. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs unless you want hefty charges Update: after paying £1700 to release my cargo I get informed that delivery will happen tomorrow!!!!!!! they can't even keep their shallow promise of delivering
