GBDan and Jen, a peak customer-service experience. Daniel Manzano and Jen Anderson are just flat-out incredible employees of Exfreight. As a rep with Saia Motor Freight, all of the emails I receive are generally always about issues that are urgent, and Danny and Jen are always understanding, and quick with feedback. I can't say enough good about this team you've got. If I wasn't based in Idaho, I'd immediately take them both out to dinner and a drink just to say thank you in person. GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.
