The complete ignorance of this company… The complete ignorance of this company astounds me. we paid for our shipment on the 4th. on the 12th we receive an email saying that delivery is due tomorrow but there is a 1700 charge for storage! they won't answer their phone or respond to emails. they basically blackmail you into paying these extortionate fees or you won't get your product. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs unless you want hefty charges Update: after paying £1700 to release my cargo I get informed that delivery will happen tomorrow!!!!!!! they can't even keep their shallow promise of delivering

Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on… Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on shipment HARRIS-1627569607. The freight was scheduled to be picked up on 7/30, the carrier fell down and Noelle spent considerable time on the phone with the carrier in an attempt to get the freight picked up on the 30th. The freight was rescheduled for 8/2, the carrier again fell down and Noelle worked with the carrier to have another driver assigned for pick up on the 2nd.

Ran out of nice things to say about Jaclyn This is way over due! I give Jacyln Regolic 5 STARS. My first container shipment, could of been an ordeal, but was not. My situation was I thought I had 4 days to get a 20' container. I had less than 24 hrs. If not, customer would have paid to relocate goods and storage fees. Told Jaclyn what I was up against, she took the lead. Jaclyn made it happen the next day. -arrange delivery of container -arranged Fumigation-Auction house did not know anything about-how too -Chassis/Drayage -Explaining what docs are needed-VGM SOLAS fee Her attention to details and dedication to her job took the pressure off me.
