Not satisfied with the services Hi Team, I booked the shipment from your portal but when the shipment supposes to be picked up your carrier deny to work as they are saying they don't have the proper equipment to pick up this cargo. so we canceled this shipment from your portal and give it to another carrier.

Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on… Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on shipment HARRIS-1627569607. The freight was scheduled to be picked up on 7/30, the carrier fell down and Noelle spent considerable time on the phone with the carrier in an attempt to get the freight picked up on the 30th. The freight was rescheduled for 8/2, the carrier again fell down and Noelle worked with the carrier to have another driver assigned for pick up on the 2nd.
