1st Class Facilities and Superb Customer Service the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

No complaints We have been using Guardian in Washington PA and have been very happy with that location. Clean, well lit, rest rooms available, easy access for our car (or a truck). We have a 5x5 unit and it holds more than we have to store. Price is very reasonable. Sometimes a little difficult to find something as there's no light inside the unit but hasn't been a real issue, also the ceiling is low so need to be careful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Alberto was SO amaaaaaazing in helping me find the storage I needed and facilitating the move itself. Guardian Storage Their rates were significantly better than storage units that are outside. They had a covered unloading area which proved to be very necessary due to all the rain we were having during our move, and carts to help haul our stuff up to our storage unit. The place was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to store household goods.
