HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DID NOT FULFILL QUOTED PRICE. WENT 24+ HOURS NOT RESPONDING TO TEXT OR PHONE CALLS. I WAS TOLD THE PERSON TEXTING ME WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE DAY. SAD STATE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON COULD RESPOND. FIRST DRIVER BACKED OUT. 2ND DRIVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK (SO I WAS TOLD). THE 3RD, YES 3RD DRIVER TOLD ME HE WAS BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME. FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE A DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BECAUSE THE 3RD DRIVER ALSO HAD AN ISSUE WITH HIS VEHICLE AFTER PICKING UP MY VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IWHEN I SAY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM ONE DISGUSTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

The driver arrived on time and delivered everything in its best form without delay. I am satisfied with the result, thank you AIL!

Gotta use this shipper...5 stars. A logistical nightmare shipping my 1970 VW bus to Layton, UT. AIL and the dispatcher were invaluable in getting it there. I have a terrible hearing loss and Max was professional and patient with me. Best price by far. The driver was perfect and tipped accordingly...made him smile. Good service, dishonest pricing The good: for a broker, they are responsive, good communication, a driver was assigned two days out, picked up on time, delivered quickly and without incident. The bad: my final price was 65% higher than the quote and the contract. The lowball quote that’s presented as contract price is a dishonest sales tactic. By the time we found out (several days out from the pickup date) it was too late to change horses and we had little choice but to agree to a higher price. And the extra cost from the driver for “loading the car more than 100lbs” at the time of the pickup when we had no choice is not great either. I would not use them again.
