Great and responsive!! Felicia was great and responsive with finding a driver for us immediately within the same day when another company failed to deliver after waiting for 4 days. I got my car literally the night after. It was traveling from NY to Tampa, FL and was in great condition! Felicia answered immediately and took care of everything making sure the car was picked up and dropped off safely. Thank you again! Highly recommended!!

Gotta use this shipper...5 stars. A logistical nightmare shipping my 1970 VW bus to Layton, UT. AIL and the dispatcher were invaluable in getting it there. I have a terrible hearing loss and Max was professional and patient with me. Best price by far. The driver was perfect and tipped accordingly...made him smile. Didn’t show… it was explained we were… Didn’t show… it was explained we were traveling and had a timeline.. was ghosted at time of pick up… couldn’t get a driver. We were to meet in a parking lot… obvi couldn’t leave our vehicle for 5 days as they were fully aware… had to tow the car ourselves… miss out on stopping to see family and tourist sites & now informed we must pay $150.00 cancellation fee… FYI they came across quite helpful to start when booking but to have salt in the wound for cancelling because they didn’t have a driver… I dunno 🤷‍♀️ Buyer be ware

Can't recommend them Don’t be under the illusion that this is a full service shipping company. They are simply a broker working out of a residential area in Texas. They make quotes, find random drivers around the US, take your deposit and get you to sign a contract. Our pickup was scheduled for Wednesday and we didn’t hear anything from the driver that day. After numerous calls and emails, they claimed the driver wasn’t responding to their messages. It took 4 more days to find a new driver. Once it was sorted out, the actual shipping process with the driver was good, and the car showed up in good condition. Better customer service and communication would have made the experience better.
