HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DID NOT FULFILL QUOTED PRICE. WENT 24+ HOURS NOT RESPONDING TO TEXT OR PHONE CALLS. I WAS TOLD THE PERSON TEXTING ME WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE DAY. SAD STATE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON COULD RESPOND. FIRST DRIVER BACKED OUT. 2ND DRIVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK (SO I WAS TOLD). THE 3RD, YES 3RD DRIVER TOLD ME HE WAS BUSY DOING SOMETHING ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME. FINALLY GOT MY VEHICLE A DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE BECAUSE THE 3RD DRIVER ALSO HAD AN ISSUE WITH HIS VEHICLE AFTER PICKING UP MY VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. IWHEN I SAY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM ONE DISGUSTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Great Customer Service Great customer service. Lucas was fantastic and extremely responsive! He was quick in finding us a driver for our requested date and time. Our RV was delivered quickly and with care.

Gotta use this shipper...5 stars. A logistical nightmare shipping my 1970 VW bus to Layton, UT. AIL and the dispatcher were invaluable in getting it there. I have a terrible hearing loss and Max was professional and patient with me. Best price by far. The driver was perfect and tipped accordingly...made him smile. Excellent Service! Awesome experience! I have nothing but praise for the excellent service I received in safely transporting my 2021 Jeep Compass from Anchorage, Alaska to Palo, Alto, California! Not only was the price the best quoted, but communications were always excellent and my vehicle was delivered in tip top condition much faster than I anticipated right to the front door—so convenient! I’d definitely recommend this trucking firm if you need to transport your vehicle long distances….I will Definitely use them in the future when I need a long haul vehicle transport service!
