MAcan you do it Hi Recently, when I purchased a product from one of the sites using your service The package had an invoice revealing the price of the product, and when the product arrived at my country, customs opened the package and looked at that invoice. I paid a high amount of customs My question is, next time, can I ask you to open the package and destroy that invoice because it creates some problems for me at customs, as the price is very high in relation to customs fees?

SASimply if you didn't pay for insurance… Simply if you didn't pay for insurance when shipping which is optional, then consider your shipment be lost. And you got nothing in return

GBWorthless Service I tried shipping one package and after nearly a month it is still being held by customs in Costa Rica and planet express is worthless. Their shipping costs must also be up charged. It’s a total rip-off why use an intermediary if they offer no assistance in getting your packages to you? A total waste of money!
