Paid huge amount for shipping never sent ***anyone who has issues should do a chargeback on their credit card enough of those and their merchant provider will boot them*** Paid shipping and urgent processing fee shipping was booked 1 with DHL other with FedEx but parcels never handed over to them. No response from planetexpress. ***you only asked for that information after this review and neither DHL or fedex have received the parcels as I have checked with them. Both couriers have my details

can you do it Hi Recently, when I purchased a product from one of the sites using your service The package had an invoice revealing the price of the product, and when the product arrived at my country, customs opened the package and looked at that invoice. I paid a high amount of customs My question is, next time, can I ask you to open the package and destroy that invoice because it creates some problems for me at customs, as the price is very high in relation to customs fees?
