Complete waste of time I tried their "shop for me" feature to buy a laptop from bestbuy to send to Thailand. I deposited the full amount via my credit card, completed the MasterCard 3ds verification. Waited over 24hrs only to have planet express cancel my order with the reason: "We are unable to make this purchase due to unverified payment" Now the bestbuy deal has expired and the price has gone up by over $200. Complete waste of my time and money, I'm going to try one of their competitors instead. Avoid them if you value your time!!!

THIS IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF DO NOT USE… THIS IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!. I bought a hat for under 70 dollars and they are trying to charge me $103.00 to ship it to the US Virgin Islands. And I am currently reaching out to them they and they are not responding. They also have no phone number to call and speak to anyone. TRUST ME SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

select DHL for fast experience Amazing company as I've used only them over the years. I even tried out 2 different methods for shipping to an European country, both worked, but I just love DHL because they are way quicker by getting me a package sent in barely three working days! I tried other shipping companies, I will stick with this one! By the way, I'd recommend their yearly paid account option if you get regular packages sent to you.

Excellent Service The best prices, amazing support through live chat, also connection to a real person. I used Postal Office - Fully Tracked and it took around 15 days to deliver to Europe, so everything 10/10.

seamless experience… I have had the most seamless experience with Planet express. They have a very systematic process of freight forwarding. Without planet express l wouldn’t not be able to get the health supplements that are not available in my country. The only reason l haven’t given 5 stars is because l think they haven’t yet reached their full potential yet, l think they should open more global tax free warehouses, for example in Dubai. Overall Planet Express is great!
