MAcan you do it Hi Recently, when I purchased a product from one of the sites using your service The package had an invoice revealing the price of the product, and when the product arrived at my country, customs opened the package and looked at that invoice. I paid a high amount of customs My question is, next time, can I ask you to open the package and destroy that invoice because it creates some problems for me at customs, as the price is very high in relation to customs fees?

USSlow to arrange hand off for shipping Paid for a mailbox to consolidate shipment from Amazon to send to family in Colombia. Shipments arrived and photos uploaded- all good there. The problem begins when you ship- its been two weeks and the shipper has not received my package from planet express. Last week I was assured my package would be handed off to them by today- no such luck. Stay away- I will figure out a more efficient way to ship next time- updated after Planet Express response/ email: they apparently don’t know what happened to my shipment. Supposed to have been handed off to shipper 2/1 but no updates as of yet. STAY AWAY!!!!

PTselect DHL for fast experience Amazing company as I've used only them over the years. I even tried out 2 different methods for shipping to an European country, both worked, but I just love DHL because they are way quicker by getting me a package sent in barely three working days! I tried other shipping companies, I will stick with this one! By the way, I'd recommend their yearly paid account option if you get regular packages sent to you.

NLAbsolute killer service Absolute killer service: Fast, affordable and reliable. Lots of options for shipping. Never had any issues. A minuscule inconvenience I have is opening photographs of my received packages on Safari or Brave on my desktop when im logged in on Planet Express. That's my only advice for improvement. Overal I'm a happy customer.
