GBNice and easy Overall experience was pretty good. I used the "Buy for me" to order some items from costco US that UK don't stock. Pretty simple, you add your items, how much they are and click order, it asks for the money upfront which is fine and off it goes. The only gripe I found was that from ordering to them ordering for me took about 2 weeks give or take, and in that time the status was a blank "pending" so wasn't 100% clear if I had done it all correctly or I had missed something. Once they had received the package everything else was super simply, plenty of shipping options and I chose the standard USPS which wasn't expensive. All in all can't really fault the process, even with their warnings of delays due to covid (probably update the site) it arrived quicker than expected.

PTselect DHL for fast experience Amazing company as I've used only them over the years. I even tried out 2 different methods for shipping to an European country, both worked, but I just love DHL because they are way quicker by getting me a package sent in barely three working days! I tried other shipping companies, I will stick with this one! By the way, I'd recommend their yearly paid account option if you get regular packages sent to you.

ARBest Warehouse Service for International Shipments I have been using the Planet express service for about 3 years and I can only say that it is excellent, from the 45 days of box to receive shipments that one can use to the packaging and photography service they give you. I've always used the Oregon address because of the tax benefit you get with purchases. Highly recommended.

NLAbsolute killer service Absolute killer service: Fast, affordable and reliable. Lots of options for shipping. Never had any issues. A minuscule inconvenience I have is opening photographs of my received packages on Safari or Brave on my desktop when im logged in on Planet Express. That's my only advice for improvement. Overal I'm a happy customer.

ILI paid for insurance I have not received an item shipped over 4 months ago, paid insurance and Planet Express couldn't care less... I paid for insurance for an item sent on 22 Sep 2023. Planet express will only open a claim after 30 working days. I opened a claim on 8 November and they have ignored most my except except this one which I received on 15 Jan 2024: "Hello, The claim opened on package BI is currently still pending. Unfortunately this courier has slow processing times and takes time before concluding their investigation and providing compensation. We will send a communication for the status of this claim. Will respond back to you as soon as more information is provided. " I am happy to share and forward all correspondence but I have not received an item shipped over 4 months ago, paid insurance and they couldn't care less.
