NLRocky start, now service is better! Had a bad first start with Shop2Ship, this was few months ago where I got ZERO response from emails. Tried them again last week and had some questions. Got instant response via Facebook and they solved my issue very good and professional! They gained my confidence again and will use their services again!

BMOnly giving a 3 star as the service has… Only giving a 3 star as the service has been slower than usual. Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.

MYUsed them several times but not again And here is why The Pros: Works well, nothing gets lost, good documentation of incoming parcels, good web interface, efficient removing of excessive packing material The Cons: Sometimes removing of too much packaging material, had small items rolling around. Every time they forget to remove an invoice, but charge for the service, one day I will have a big problem at customs clearance. Main reason why I’m looking for an alternative for my next shipments. 1 Star only for customer service, it is nonexistent. Tried for weeks to call them, wrote emails, used contact form, Messenger in Facebook, texted them, never got any response.

ZANot visible enough! Not visible enough! I love the concept of Shop2Ship but your services / offerings are not visible enough. What indeed is the your offerings for the on B2B or B2C level? In South Africa you are competing with takealot. How do you differentiate from others who are offering similar services?
