Lifesaver I live in Mexico and like to support small artists from the US. The problem was shipping, as I noticed that anything that didn't came via express email got lost (Even before the pandemic) but I didn't have enough money to choose express every single time. It was then when I found Shop2Ship and I gotta say they've been absolutely wonderful!! Not only I've saved a lot in shipping but they also do an excellent job when placed with an special order. One time I ordered a print with a discount because it was slightly damaged, and I obviously didn't want to receive it even more damaged. So I asked them to please secure it well. I received a fortified print, it was completely sheltered by sturdy cardboard to the point I don't think even sitting on it would have made a dent. The customer support is great too! I really recommend them!

Shop2ship is a reliable forwarding… Shop2ship is a reliable forwarding company since I started with them. I would have given them 5 stars, but had to give them 4 stars because I had a little issues in regards to some items that was misplaced in their warehouse and I had to purchase these items again. That's the only issues I have had so far, but other then that, they are great.

I will use this service again I have used this service 4 times and I'm really satisfied with the service. When they receive my packages, they send me an email. The customer service is good. The shipping cost depends on the weight and the size of the package which is good too. I tried the photo service so I could check the condition of my products and it went well. I tried the consolidation service so that when I have packages from different stores, they put all of my products in one box which saves me money on the shipping. I recommend using this company. Used them several times but not again And here is why The Pros: Works well, nothing gets lost, good documentation of incoming parcels, good web interface, efficient removing of excessive packing material The Cons: Sometimes removing of too much packaging material, had small items rolling around. Every time they forget to remove an invoice, but charge for the service, one day I will have a big problem at customs clearance. Main reason why I’m looking for an alternative for my next shipments. 1 Star only for customer service, it is nonexistent. Tried for weeks to call them, wrote emails, used contact form, Messenger in Facebook, texted them, never got any response.

But the customer service is very slow in replying my email. Sometime they didn't reply at all. I wouldn't hesitate at all giving 5 stars if they fix their customer service problem.
