I would have given them 5 stars, but had to give them 4 stars because I had a little issues in regards to some items that was misplaced in their warehouse and I had to purchase these items again. That's the only issues I have had so far, but other then that, they are great.

Used them several times but not again And here is why The Pros: Works well, nothing gets lost, good documentation of incoming parcels, good web interface, efficient removing of excessive packing material The Cons: Sometimes removing of too much packaging material, had small items rolling around. Every time they forget to remove an invoice, but charge for the service, one day I will have a big problem at customs clearance. Main reason why I’m looking for an alternative for my next shipments. 1 Star only for customer service, it is nonexistent. Tried for weeks to call them, wrote emails, used contact form, Messenger in Facebook, texted them, never got any response.

Only giving a 3 star as the service has… Only giving a 3 star as the service has been slower than usual. Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.
