Shop2ship is a reliable forwarding… Shop2ship is a reliable forwarding company since I started with them. I would have given them 5 stars, but had to give them 4 stars because I had a little issues in regards to some items that was misplaced in their warehouse and I had to purchase these items again. That's the only issues I have had so far, but other then that, they are great.

I will use this service again I have used this service 4 times and I'm really satisfied with the service. When they receive my packages, they send me an email. The customer service is good. The shipping cost depends on the weight and the size of the package which is good too. I tried the photo service so I could check the condition of my products and it went well. I tried the consolidation service so that when I have packages from different stores, they put all of my products in one box which saves me money on the shipping. I recommend using this company. So far I am satisfied with their… So far I am satisfied with their services. Very fast. Package come and shipped in the same day. Price is also cheapest among the others. But the customer service is very slow in replying my email. Sometime they didn't reply at all. I wouldn't hesitate at all giving 5 stars if they fix their customer service problem.

Rocky start, now service is better! Had a bad first start with Shop2Ship, this was few months ago where I got ZERO response from emails. Tried them again last week and had some questions. Got instant response via Facebook and they solved my issue very good and professional! They gained my confidence again and will use their services again!

I'm really happy with the service… I'm really happy with the service Shop2Ship offers. This company enables me and my family to buy US products even during the covid pandamic where travelling to the US is not possible. I don't understand all the negativ reviews because of expensive rates. All the shipments are shiped with express providers and are delivered to Germany within a couple of days - this is a fantastic service and could not be better!
