Not visible enough! Not visible enough! I love the concept of Shop2Ship but your services / offerings are not visible enough. What indeed is the your offerings for the on B2B or B2C level? In South Africa you are competing with takealot. How do you differentiate from others who are offering similar services?

Only giving a 3 star as the service has… Only giving a 3 star as the service has been slower than usual. Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.

So far I am satisfied with their… So far I am satisfied with their services. Very fast. Package come and shipped in the same day. Price is also cheapest among the others. But the customer service is very slow in replying my email. Sometime they didn't reply at all. I wouldn't hesitate at all giving 5 stars if they fix their customer service problem.
