MYUsed to be Good, but now became worse. Suite 36219903. It was good experience until recent arrangement on Black Friday. My goods arrived at my suite and I immediately arranged for shipment. After I paid for the charges, I received an email saying that UPS will need additional charges of USD35. The email also suggested me to switch to FedEx with no extra charges. I replied the email but then no more response has been given by Shop2Ship. I did send few emails and write feedback forms in their website but still none reply.

ILShop2ship is example of excellence Shop2ship is an excellent example of reliable and safe service. They are always ready to help and open for cooperation. More than once their support service helped me to minimize the expensise, also when it was my mistake.

IDSo far I am satisfied with their… So far I am satisfied with their services. Very fast. Package come and shipped in the same day. Price is also cheapest among the others. But the customer service is very slow in replying my email. Sometime they didn't reply at all. I wouldn't hesitate at all giving 5 stars if they fix their customer service problem.

BMOnly giving a 3 star as the service has… Only giving a 3 star as the service has been slower than usual. Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.
