Every time they forget to remove an invoice, but charge for the service, one day I will have a big problem at customs clearance. Used to be Good, but now became worse. Suite 36219903. It was good experience until recent arrangement on Black Friday. My goods arrived at my suite and I immediately arranged for shipment. After I paid for the charges, I received an email saying that UPS will need additional charges of USD35. The email also suggested me to switch to FedEx with no extra charges. I replied the email but then no more response has been given by Shop2Ship. I did send few emails and write feedback forms in their website but still none reply.
