Dynamic Duo with the shenanigans 100 Lake Davenport location. They are racist, sociopaths and rude. They were moved from a different location. Sonya is a bi*ch and is very nasty one on one. The cameras don't face the entrance so its easy to get robbed. Darrel isn't too bad, but when that plain cracker of a female, opens her mouth, its all diarrhea from there. Darrell acts like he does not know what she's doing. She is negative Nancy. I really never said this about anyone but she should catch COVID just to quarantine for a while and think about life at her age. To be honest, its both of them because they are a unit so he knows the foolishness she does and he accepts it. Not good for business. I am at lost for words to describe these people. If you called and spoke to either of them over the phone, you will swear that this review was in error, but trust me on GOD, they are NOT as sweet and kind as they TRY to portray.

Rude staff, horrible experience We rented a parking space at the Winter Garden location for our work trailer. Within the first month, it was hit, had damage on the fender, and the locks had tried to be jimmied. We informed the office and asked them to review their cameras and they never got back with us. On the third and final month of storage, we received a call from Gary stating the trailer was slightly in the next parking space (because it had been hit) and if we didn't move it, they were going to tow it. We did move it. Permanently. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

dyer boulevard kissimmee location dyer boulevard kissimmee location rude ! 2 ladies at the front counter i made a reservation the night before for next day i arrived at 4:45 i told them i had a reservation for 6 x 10 immediately one jumped out, we dont have a 6x10 then i sowed a photo of my reservation she was kind of surprised and said oh but we close at 5pm anyway and not enouph time to do all the work any way . so i said fine i go somewhere else. good business practice!! hope the owner read this.

Their roof leaked and ruined my mattresses! So after a month of no return calls, I FINALLY get a call back from Joel (operations manager) at personal mini storage. He informs me that they will not be covering any of the damages to my mattresses caused by their roof leaking!!! And the insurance company just informed us that even though we had $3000 coverage they only paid $1700! My mattress alone cost $2800 and my bed was $1000! My daughter’s mattress was also $1000! This is ridiculous to say the least!!!

Friendly and Helpful Service I was searching for the perfect place for my Exotic Classis Vehicle and was impressed with the way I was handled as I scrutinized the storage space where my car would stay. I was treated with dignity and respect and my personal property feels very safe stored at this location. I highly recommend anyone to utilize this space and was impressed as a customer on how well I was treated.
