Emily and Mario are the best! Emily and Mario are the best in the business. they make you feel like family. Their passion for service and to tbe the best is unsurpassed. I have renewed my space for the second year and when I walked in to sign my annual contract they remember me. dyer boulevard kissimmee location dyer boulevard kissimmee location rude ! 2 ladies at the front counter i made a reservation the night before for next day i arrived at 4:45 i told them i had a reservation for 6 x 10 immediately one jumped out, we dont have a 6x10 then i sowed a photo of my reservation she was kind of surprised and said oh but we close at 5pm anyway and not enouph time to do all the work any way . so i said fine i go somewhere else. good business practice!! hope the owner read this.

A "store" you can trust Been using them for years. No problems or complaints. The office staff is very friendly and personable. The office and outside areas are kept neat and clean, never see trash or debris accumulated at any time.

Their roof leaked and ruined my mattresses! So after a month of no return calls, I FINALLY get a call back from Joel (operations manager) at personal mini storage. He informs me that they will not be covering any of the damages to my mattresses caused by their roof leaking!!! And the insurance company just informed us that even though we had $3000 coverage they only paid $1700! My mattress alone cost $2800 and my bed was $1000! My daughter’s mattress was also $1000! This is ridiculous to say the least!!!

As a customer of almost 20 years As a customer of almost 20 years, the managers have come and gone. The current managers are not very happy where they are, based on their poor attitude. (Edgewater Drive) If you call Personal Mini Storage, you have to leave a message, unless you are calling Billing. But nobody calls back. So maybe this is where the bad attitudes are hidden from the public. It seems like they are prepping the facilities for a sale soon. Is this the future of handling customers?
