Manager at mini storage on West… Manager at mini storage on West Michigan is very rude and does not want to listen to any issues with unit. She locked me out of the unit by turning off my code without informing me. I have asked her to explain why and I asked her to transfer me to her boss but refuses to saying she will get back to me and hung up on me. I will never rent with mini storage on West Michigan in Orlando. She replaced Sunny the manager who was very nice & I had no problems with.

Emily and Mario are the best! Emily and Mario are the best in the business. they make you feel like family. Their passion for service and to tbe the best is unsurpassed. I have renewed my space for the second year and when I walked in to sign my annual contract they remember me. When you need storage you have to give Personal Mini Storage on Edgewater Drive your business you wont regret it!

Their roof leaked and ruined my mattresses! So after a month of no return calls, I FINALLY get a call back from Joel (operations manager) at personal mini storage. He informs me that they will not be covering any of the damages to my mattresses caused by their roof leaking!!! And the insurance company just informed us that even though we had $3000 coverage they only paid $1700! My mattress alone cost $2800 and my bed was $1000! My daughter’s mattress was also $1000! This is ridiculous to say the least!!!

Chris and Jonathan of the location … Chris and Jonathan of the location outside Ivey lane were so helpful and professional I and my wife couldn't have ask for more. Every question we asked always answered and not only answered but with the up most respect I ever heard in young men that are managers. I just want to say Thank you Jonathan and Chris for all your help and will recommend Personal mini storage to anyone we know.

Rude staff, horrible experience We rented a parking space at the Winter Garden location for our work trailer. Within the first month, it was hit, had damage on the fender, and the locks had tried to be jimmied. We informed the office and asked them to review their cameras and they never got back with us. On the third and final month of storage, we received a call from Gary stating the trailer was slightly in the next parking space (because it had been hit) and if we didn't move it, they were going to tow it. We did move it. Permanently. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.
