Chris and Jonathan of the location … Chris and Jonathan of the location outside Ivey lane were so helpful and professional I and my wife couldn't have ask for more. Every question we asked always answered and not only answered but with the up most respect I ever heard in young men that are managers. I just want to say Thank you Jonathan and Chris for all your help and will recommend Personal mini storage to anyone we know.

The service was acceptable They had the storage space that I needed available. I was able tohave the unit available until I needed it for $25.00. They took the time to show me the unit. The information about the prices have to be upfront. I was told of the monthly rate and budgeted accordingly. When I signed the agreement I was then informed of an additional administrative charge and insurance cost. I also arraged to rent a truck thru the storage company. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was not available. I had to make other arrangement and lost time.

Their roof leaked and ruined my mattresses! So after a month of no return calls, I FINALLY get a call back from Joel (operations manager) at personal mini storage. He informs me that they will not be covering any of the damages to my mattresses caused by their roof leaking!!! And the insurance company just informed us that even though we had $3000 coverage they only paid $1700! My mattress alone cost $2800 and my bed was $1000! My daughter’s mattress was also $1000! This is ridiculous to say the least!!!

Unacceptable and unprofessional disrespectful Mrs Parish at the old winter garden rd location personal mini storage do not rent a unit from this property My experience with the manager Mrs Parish was disrespectful rude and unacceptable her customer service to me as a customer was unprofessional and she takes her job personal she spoke to me in a condescending manner over late rent on her property she added unnecessary fees to bill with explanation I complained about roaches in my unit in which she refused to address this place is horrible and she is very ignorant I might ad who allowed such a person to have a position of management of a job handling customer can you say ghetto animal behavior stay away from this property.!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,!

Very clean and nice, but one of the most expensive in the area I think the place is nice and clean and I really love the fact that you must have a access code to get into the gate to the storage units, the owner is also very pleasant and nice. I had a promo code applied, but even after the promo code, the rate is almost $30.00 more than the regular advertised price without the promo code. This is one of the more expensive facilities around town and there are others locally that are just as nice and secure for a lot less, but I'm already in this one now so this is where I'll stay, but next time I'll choose somewhere else due to such high costs. I would recommend it with caution- it is nice, clean, secure, but very costly.
