Darrell acts like he does not know what she's doing. She is negative Nancy. I really never said this about anyone but she should catch COVID just to quarantine for a while and think about life at her age. To be honest, its both of them because they are a unit so he knows the foolishness she does and he accepts it. Not good for business. I am at lost for words to describe these people. If you called and spoke to either of them over the phone, you will swear that this review was in error, but trust me on GOD, they are NOT as sweet and kind as they TRY to portray.

(Edgewater Drive) If you call Personal Mini Storage, you have to leave a message, unless you are calling Billing. But nobody calls back. So maybe this is where the bad attitudes are hidden from the public. It seems like they are prepping the facilities for a sale soon. Is this the future of handling customers?
