I find the facility clean and well run. All the times I have upsized and downsized have never seemed to be a problem. I recommend PMS to any who want to store with confidence!

The service was acceptable They had the storage space that I needed available. I was able tohave the unit available until I needed it for $25.00. They took the time to show me the unit. The information about the prices have to be upfront. I was told of the monthly rate and budgeted accordingly. When I signed the agreement I was then informed of an additional administrative charge and insurance cost. I also arraged to rent a truck thru the storage company. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was not available. I had to make other arrangement and lost time.

Emily and Mario are the best! Emily and Mario are the best in the business. they make you feel like family. Their passion for service and to tbe the best is unsurpassed. I have renewed my space for the second year and when I walked in to sign my annual contract they remember me. Rude staff, horrible experience We rented a parking space at the Winter Garden location for our work trailer. Within the first month, it was hit, had damage on the fender, and the locks had tried to be jimmied. We informed the office and asked them to review their cameras and they never got back with us. On the third and final month of storage, we received a call from Gary stating the trailer was slightly in the next parking space (because it had been hit) and if we didn't move it, they were going to tow it. We did move it. Permanently. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone.
