GBVery helpful! Sergio Arenas did a great job at helping me navigate my shipping needs! I am new to this business and he made me comfortable and taught me how things work. Will definitely use them for every freight need my company has!

GBFirst time shipping large items and… First time shipping large items and didn't realize they have to be palletized before it could be shipped as freight. Abraham is amazing. He spoke to the warehouse manager to understand what was getting shipped i.e (glass vs plexiglass). He obtained multiple quotes to get me an affordable shipping option and he moved with urgency knowing the item must be removed by a deadline. Highly recommend Abraham as your account manager.

GBBELIEVE ALL OF THESE 1 STAR… BELIEVE ALL OF THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!!!! We hired FreightCenter to deliver a front clip for a ’73 Corvette to us. FreightCenter was the lowest quote for the shipment and you know the saying….you get what you pay for…we must have bought a circus! The vendor who we purchased the clip from built a pallet within the dimensions that were quoted from FreightCenter for the shipping rate of $852. When the clip was delivered to my husband’s business, my husband used his forklift to unload the pallet. The driver quickly came up to my husband while he was still sitting on the forklift and asked him to sign a delivery receipt. RED FLAG!! Upon inspection, my husband found that the clip was cracked in 2 places. He reached out to FreightCenter about this and received no response. The driver must have known the clip was damaged, and he got the heck out of there before my husband could get off the forklift! About a week later, a charge of $706 was posted to our credit card account. According to FreightCenter, this was due to the shipment being over the agreed dimensions. We have provided photos of the measurements of the pallet and the clip showing that it is within the agreed/contracted dimensions. We disputed that charge through our bank, and it was removed. About 6 weeks later, FreightCenter decided to declare that this was a limited access delivery and that charge was posted to our credit card for $706….what a coincidence…same amount as before?! We have received no response from FreightCenter for an explanation. We have attempted to reach them via email and phone call. They must be too busy adding extra, unauthorized charges to other customer accounts and can’t get around to responding to us. At this time, we are disputing the charge through our bank. As evidence, we have emails showing no effort from FreightCenter to acknowledge our questions or their error. The time and effort to address this situation has been ridiculous. Please save yourself from being ripped off and having to chase after the mess that is created by FreightCenter. It’s a total circus and nobody has time for all that. Hire another company to ship your freight – don’t hire these clowns.

GBI live in Washington State I live in Washington State. I think that the truck came out of Renton or Auburn, Washington. Dan Manley, the driver who picked up my riding mower did an outstanding job! I could not recommend him enough. He was beyond professional. He was very considerate of my property from start to finish. I have a difficult driveway to maneuver in and he was very careful at every step not to cause any damage to my driveway, rockery, shrubbery, or fence. A very smart guy!

GBFind a competent carrier I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded. All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet. There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report. The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects. I received a check for $20.00.
