I live in Washington State I live in Washington State. I think that the truck came out of Renton or Auburn, Washington. Dan Manley, the driver who picked up my riding mower did an outstanding job! I could not recommend him enough. He was beyond professional. He was very considerate of my property from start to finish. I have a difficult driveway to maneuver in and he was very careful at every step not to cause any damage to my driveway, rockery, shrubbery, or fence. A very smart guy!

Abe is the best at Freight Center Abe is the best! He communicates well, follows up, goes the extra mile to assist and support, and works like he’s your personal assistant or staff member to handle your shipping needs. In fact, he’s better than some shipping managers I’ve hired for my company in the past that worked in my warehouse and were on my payroll. You are in great hands if you work with Abe!

Don't leave a payment method on file cuz they will charge you several months after the fact for discrepancys that can't be double checked any longer Everything was fine until I was charged an additional 240 dollars 4 months after delivery of the shipment for a discrepancy with the weight of the shipment. They should've charged me at the time of delivery or shortly after ....not 4 months later. Seems like preditory billing to me. Now I can't check the weight of the shipment myself.

Some of the reps are friendly but its… Some of the reps are friendly but its the infrastructure and lack of accountability that ultimately makes this company a huge liability for shipping. From one small business owner to another, dont. There are lots of other options.

Find a competent carrier I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded. All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet. There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report. The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects. I received a check for $20.00.
