GBCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke, I've talked to 4 different people trying to get a update on my pick up and and out of all 4 of them I talked to only 1 came to me correctly and was professional and didn't hang up in my face like Chris did. She actually fixed a lot of the issues the other 3 representatives messed up by telling me misinformation and saying my package has been picked and it hasn't. And I booked this shipment over a week ago, last week of March to be exact and I've never had so many problems trying to get correct information

GBAbe is the best at Freight Center Abe is the best! He communicates well, follows up, goes the extra mile to assist and support, and works like he’s your personal assistant or staff member to handle your shipping needs. In fact, he’s better than some shipping managers I’ve hired for my company in the past that worked in my warehouse and were on my payroll. You are in great hands if you work with Abe!

GBi see some of the 3-4 star reviews but… i see some of the 3-4 star reviews but i give mr. david facenda 10 stars. he has been taking care of my shipping needs for over a year. i dont even quote other companies anymore. hes prompt, polite and rocks the quotes. i probably dont say it enough but i appreciate you mr. david

GBOutstanding Customer Service Carmen is fantastic! She is the type of employee I would hire on my team if I had my own business. She is extremely friendly and knows what she is doing. Freight Center is blessed to have Carmen on the team. She needs to be recognized!!!! Give her a raise
