GBFind a competent carrier I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded. All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet. There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report. The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects. I received a check for $20.00.

GBSLOW DOWN!!! I live on a culdesac, your driver passed my home, both coming and going at well over 30mph Remeber I mentioned the Culdesac... a round court with 1 way in and out... Please TELL your drivers you don't get peoples business with your name on the side of a speeding vehicle. I am considering you get the load to it's destination early? That's not a plus for the people you endanger with your lack of consideration. AGAIN, please TELL your drivers to slow down in small neighborhoods... with no sidewalks, and narrow streets...

GBSome of the reps are friendly but its… Some of the reps are friendly but its the infrastructure and lack of accountability that ultimately makes this company a huge liability for shipping. From one small business owner to another, dont. There are lots of other options.

GBSergio is great to work with Been working with FreightCenter for over 5 years. Only do periodic shipping but they have always been able to provide good service at a discount to our company rates. Sergio Arenas is always available to help, even on his day off during our last high value dedicated truck shipment. Went smoothly without a hitch.

GBDon't leave a payment method on file cuz they will charge you several months after the fact for discrepancys that can't be double checked any longer Everything was fine until I was charged an additional 240 dollars 4 months after delivery of the shipment for a discrepancy with the weight of the shipment. They should've charged me at the time of delivery or shortly after ....not 4 months later. Seems like preditory billing to me. Now I can't check the weight of the shipment myself.
