Reliable company and good customer service I used them few times now and are really professional. I missed being home and they kept my delivery in the warehouse as needed . Good customer service and nice polite drivers . Will use again .

Stay away of Eastline, it's a fake company! Each and every person who intend to use this "company" should be aware: Very bad, not reliable, are trying to cheat you in many ways - typical for some Romanians that are a shame and a stain, among others that are trying to integrate in the UK. Before thinking to use their "services" try to google a bit about company history...it's a one employee company - the so called manager - LAURENTIU DUMITRU DICU. I really don't know why is still free this guy, why UK authorities did not react yet.

DO NOT USE AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR… DO NOT USE AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PARCELS AND WONT EVEN ANSWER TO YOUR EMAIL. This is a very bad company who don't care about anything but to take your money. After 2 months of fighting to get an answer from them because they destroyed and stolen a lot of items from my parcels, they did not even apologise not to mention to offer a compensation. Typical Romanian horrible company.

Very bad experience Very bad experience. The last two deliveries sent was a Samsung tv 43” went missing and a PlayStation 4 and a Delonghi coffee machine was stolen from their original boxes. In Romania I’ve been to the police but in England I wrote to Small Court, which is a gov.uk site and made a complain . Paid £35 and they mediate the issue. I recommend to everyone who had a bad experience with Eastlines to do that.Don’t let them.
