I have been using this company for 5… I have been using this company for 5 years now, sending parcels back and forth from Romania to UK. They arrive to collect when they say they will, deliver on time, never had an issue. I am very surprised to see all these bad reviews. I wonder what s going on:( 5 stars from me though as they did not dissapoint me.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs . The company is soo bad I had to take 2 days of work and twice they didn’t turn up so I’d lost £500 just by that ! Very untrustworthy, packages arrives open and items missing from inside . This is second time I’m using them and thy don’t care about punctuality! The collection guys looking very suspicious without high visibility vests etc etc !

Do not touch with a bargepole! No zero stars are available, unfortunately. Pick up: Driver blamed me for road works and being late, packaging too large (should I cut my stereo system in two?). Absolutely no shame in talking to clients like that.

The stuff arrived on time The stuff arrived on time, complete, undamaged. Price is ok. What more can you ask for.

Ive been told that all pick up and delivery confirmations are just estimates and been told the old ''terms and conditions'' BS! .they took payment , they emailed me the collection day but it never happened. they blame some third party company(in this case dhl) for their incompetence. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A ''ROMANIAN STYLE'' COURIER COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED IN ANY WAY. USE A DECENT SERVICE LIKE ROYAL MAIL OR DHL DIRECLY INSTEAD !SUCK A SHAME THIS COWBOYS ARE STILL ON THE MARKET...
