Absolutely horrible organization. Absolutely horrible organization. Movers at pickup arrived 8 hours (yes, 8 full hours) late. They then apologized and offered $100 in credit (I had to pay the mover 5x that for just sitting around at my house). At the destination, they claimed goods had already arrived but they were still in transit. Regardless they started my "free storage" period and charged me an additional USD$300 for two extra days. Never using those guys again.

A -10 Star Review If it were possible to give a company a -10 star review, I would. As a US Army veteran, I have moved every to to three years for 11 years. I’ve also moved four times as a private citizen and using Upack was the worst moving decision I could’ve made. There are so many steps to scheduling your Upack trailer delivery, picking up the trailer and unpacking it that I couldn’t keep up with which number I’m supposed to call at which time. Yesterday, we finally began unpacking our trailer and are finding many things broken. In addition, Upack referred us to Moving Staffers as one of their preferred companies to help unload the Upack trailer. That was also a disaster. I ended hiring a second moving company to help us the night before my scheduled move. Do not use this company. It will make your cross country move substantially more challenging and stressful.

Military PCS: Reconsider this company Military PCS: Utterly appalled. I knew we’d be taking a chance by using this company but they managed to stoop well below whatever low standards I had. After dropping off the shipment container (a week early) they called a few days later asking why we didn’t have it packed yet and also threatened to charge us more. The loading RAMP is a complete liability and a disaster. The shipment barriers are rotted out and dented. When we received our shipment in California, (from Michigan), they dropped it off on a curved curb so we couldn’t even place the ramp down. The barriers were bent in half and we were unable to open them, so we had to leave it there overnight. Our things (packed VERY well) were in shambles, as if the driver had been wreckless. Our entire household was damaged, I’ve never been so upset.

Ruined Our mattress, WET, MILDEW smell and crashed up cube ruined our mattress - it was definitely wet or something in the unit - and it looks like it fell off the truck or into the highway with hole patches on the cube on the outside, the vent was ripped off and it smelled of mold and mildew. mattress had a huge wet yellow ring and was still wet when we took it out! WASTE OF MONEY, Used PODs before and they may be more expensive but my items arrived in good fashion.

We used a U-Pack trailer to move from California to Missouri We used a U-Pack trailer. The drop offs and pick ups were on time, the equipment was clean, everyone was courteous and professional, and there was no upsale for insurance (we did verify coverage through our insurer). We used the entire trailer, and the cost they quoted was on the penny and $1200 less than a six foot smaller truck from a well known moving company -- plus no charges for fuel and hotels and no wear and tear on us. We would absolutely use them again!
