We used a U-Pack trailer to move from California to Missouri We used a U-Pack trailer. The drop offs and pick ups were on time, the equipment was clean, everyone was courteous and professional, and there was no upsale for insurance (we did verify coverage through our insurer). We used the entire trailer, and the cost they quoted was on the penny and $1200 less than a six foot smaller truck from a well known moving company -- plus no charges for fuel and hotels and no wear and tear on us. We would absolutely use them again!

I filed an insurance claim with the insurance I purchased, and they denied my claim with their analyst stating," the driver and truck were not in any accidents," so I am at fault for my broken items. The items the reckless drivers broke totaled $1400, but Upack did not care. They do not care about their customers. I have used this company thrice in the last four years and spent nearly $10K, so I am very disappointed.

Bad bad bad customer service, DO NOT use Zero customer service, the company genuinely doesn't care about their customer. Destroyed my stuff and didn't even get an apology from the company, let alone any compensation. The lady who answered my phone call was rude, cold, and not helpful at all, as if she doesn't care at all. Please stay away from this company. Use U-haul or some other companies, regretted choosing Upack.

Please don't use them Honestly with the money you're going to end up spending to replace your broken items from their lack of care, you're better off spending that money on a company that costs a bit more. Their partnership with ABF to move items is not one that cares for their customers by any means.

Everything destroyed. All of my appliances were broken and every single piece of furniture was smashed. I would have been better off giving my appliances away and buying new ones instead of letting upack destroy mine. Don’t waste your time and money getting ripped off by upack.
