A Great Experience with Upack We had a great experience with Upack. They were easy to work with on scheduling. The container was in excellent shape, and traveled rom Virginia to Maine quite quickly. They picked it up Tuesday, and it was delivered today. We had a terrible experience with another company previously, and are grateful this was so smooth, and easy. They also beat the competitors prices with a healthy margin. We will definitely recommend them to people we know, and may use them again this year for household items going to another location.

Please don't use them Honestly with the money you're going to end up spending to replace your broken items from their lack of care, you're better off spending that money on a company that costs a bit more. Their partnership with ABF to move items is not one that cares for their customers by any means.

JustPerfect Other than telling me I needed packing blankets & tie-down straps it would've been good to know I also needed one medium-length-shank padlock for uPak door itself. Yes, I could've read everything UPak emailed me & those things may have been mentioned, but the phone call including those few important bullet points is good for peeps who don't take the time to read stuff when they're too busy in the moving process. (Loved the tutorial on website for packing art/mirrors).

My secured belonging was delivered with… My secured belonging was delivered with several items broken. I filed an insurance claim with the insurance I purchased, and they denied my claim with their analyst stating," the driver and truck were not in any accidents," so I am at fault for my broken items. The items the reckless drivers broke totaled $1400, but Upack did not care. They do not care about their customers. I have used this company thrice in the last four years and spent nearly $10K, so I am very disappointed.

Everything I expected For someone capable of moving boxes and furniture myself, and moving from a relatively small apartment, UPack provided everything I needed. Pod arrival was on time. Friendly employees and easy and helpful to reach by phone (no endless waits, every time I talked to a person right away). Price is much better than other pod companies. Would highly recommend.
