The smell of mouse urine is overwhelming. Do not use this storage company. You will be charged to have your belongings destroyed. Shameful.

GBVery accessible location Very accessible location, very close to my office, so it's a very comfortable arrangement for me. Sometimes the customer service could be better, but usually, it is great. Who knows, maybe someone had a bad day. Prices are very fair too.

GBMy truck was vandalized as someone was… My truck was vandalized as someone was trying to steal it. Definitely an inside job. Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. I am looking into starting a class action lawsuit and would like other customers that had a similar experience join me. Please contact me

They had a lot of patience and work with me. I would definitely be back at Valley Streams storage cube smart. They are a perfect team that work together. And that's what's important.

I expected to get a lot more than that as my storage unit had a roof leak and I moved all of what I had stored there. When Pan Am owned the same place I had to move to a different locker, also due to a roof leak. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone! I called to complain about the roof leak and was told that I had not purchased storage insurance from them (which I was not informed about) and there was nothing they could do. I figure I lost more than $600 worth of what I had stored there.
