Cube Smart: the only Business in Las Vegas without any A.C.!!! The swamp cooler at Cube Smart at2121 Rock Springs has been broken from mid May until current!@ !! Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? 28% rate increase Rented multiple units, within 6 months the rent increased 28 percent on each unit. A small rate increase each year is one thing, but 28 percent after only six months is absurd. The building hasn't changed, utilities didn't rise, so the only reason the company is increasing rates is for pure GREED.

My truck was vandalized as someone was… My truck was vandalized as someone was trying to steal it. Definitely an inside job. Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none.
