Ect Totally took me to a place and reminded me of what is important and we all dad face challenges. He also had some great Suggestions suggestions on how to protect my personal belongings. Better while after hearing I had a bad experience with another place, So thank you, Bob for being as hospitable as you were.

The smell of mouse urine is overwhelming. Do not use this storage company. You will be charged to have your belongings destroyed. Shameful.

Cubesmart on Mayport Rd Atlantic Beach, Fl. Cubesmart on Mayport Rd. in Atlantic Beach, Fl. Everything went wrong. I just received a check for $2.00. I expected to get a lot more than that as my storage unit had a roof leak and I moved all of what I had stored there. When Pan Am owned the same place I had to move to a different locker, also due to a roof leak. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone! I called to complain about the roof leak and was told that I had not purchased storage insurance from them (which I was not informed about) and there was nothing they could do. I figure I lost more than $600 worth of what I had stored there.

Four months ago I rented a storage unit… Four months ago I rented a storage unit at the CubeSmart in Aransas Pass, TX at a rate of $113/mo for the first 4 months. After that the rate was supposed to increase to the normal rate that was 35% higher. Yesterday I received notice that the new rate is $250/mo—135% higher! I called the site manager in Aransas Pass who said it was a corporate decision and nothing could be done. Clearly, CubeSmart is running a bait and switch operation suckering people like me with a low introductory rate then sticking it to us. Do not rent from these unethical slime balls.

Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box.
