Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? (9/27/2023) Rented a storage unit at… (9/27/2023) Rented a storage unit at their Riverview, FL facility. During the finalization of completing the Agreement on-line, it turns out that they require you to purchase one of their locks for $19.99. The only way to not purchase the lock is to go into the local office and waste your time completing the Agreement and have them remove the Mandatory lock purchase. So, much for being convenient!

Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none.
