My truck was vandalized as someone was… My truck was vandalized as someone was trying to steal it. Definitely an inside job. Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. And I just want to say that Bob. Was the greatest!! while I was doing my paperwork. We had little chats about family, it children animals. Ect Totally took me to a place and reminded me of what is important and we all dad face challenges. He also had some great Suggestions suggestions on how to protect my personal belongings. Better while after hearing I had a bad experience with another place, So thank you, Bob for being as hospitable as you were.

former customer The manager, DEZ, at Cubesmart DT McKinney,TX is a 5 star in my view. The gate has had a lot of issues as of late, but I found that the rent increase was definitely outrageous. Started at $70 a month and ended at $292 a month. To me this is an outrageous increased amount. So that being said, I cleared out my climate control unit and I am currently sorting through the stored items in order to not have this kind of increase on a loyal customer again. I will use Cubesmart in the future but hope management takes the following into consideration. I think there should be contracts for those of us that will pay our bills and support your business.

Exorbitant frequent rate increases For the past three years CubeSmart has been raising the rent exhorbantly every 6-12 months. Roughly 3 times the rate of inflation. Greed is the only reason for increases of this magnitude. I will move out just because of this. I had even asked about rate increases upon signing. Their response was small and infrequent which was a lie. No wonder they would not provide longer term contracts. My advice is find a different provider.
