I expected to get a lot more than that as my storage unit had a roof leak and I moved all of what I had stored there. When Pan Am owned the same place I had to move to a different locker, also due to a roof leak. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone! I called to complain about the roof leak and was told that I had not purchased storage insurance from them (which I was not informed about) and there was nothing they could do. I figure I lost more than $600 worth of what I had stored there.

Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? The smell of mouse urine is overwhelming. Do not use this storage company. You will be charged to have your belongings destroyed. Shameful.
