Hidden costs & inflexible Hidden costs (e.g. mandatory insurance, overpriced required locks, rate changes)....accommodating while moving in (e.g. cheap truck usage), but not possible to use the truck that never moves while moving out & after spending thousands with them....poor unit access to any medium to large truck....snotty management. Doubt I would ever use them again.

The smell of mouse urine is overwhelming. Do not use this storage company. You will be charged to have your belongings destroyed. Shameful.

Increase rent 50$ every 3 months Same as many others. Don’t rent here because they lure you in with discount then jack up price 50$ because as the district manager stated they don’t need to be customer client focused if we leave they can rent it again easy. They have zero client loyalty he said price is market driven and the computer runs it all. Nice anti-customer marketing.
