Cubesmart on Mayport Rd Atlantic Beach, Fl. Cubesmart on Mayport Rd. in Atlantic Beach, Fl. Everything went wrong. I just received a check for $2.00. I expected to get a lot more than that as my storage unit had a roof leak and I moved all of what I had stored there. When Pan Am owned the same place I had to move to a different locker, also due to a roof leak. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone! I called to complain about the roof leak and was told that I had not purchased storage insurance from them (which I was not informed about) and there was nothing they could do. I figure I lost more than $600 worth of what I had stored there.

Increase rent 50$ every 3 months Same as many others. Don’t rent here because they lure you in with discount then jack up price 50$ because as the district manager stated they don’t need to be customer client focused if we leave they can rent it again easy. They have zero client loyalty he said price is market driven and the computer runs it all. Nice anti-customer marketing. I have 3 units and what do I do Now but write reviews hoping to help others not to be swindled

Very accessible location Very accessible location, very close to my office, so it's a very comfortable arrangement for me. Sometimes the customer service could be better, but usually, it is great. Who knows, maybe someone had a bad day. Prices are very fair too.

28% rate increase Rented multiple units, within 6 months the rent increased 28 percent on each unit. A small rate increase each year is one thing, but 28 percent after only six months is absurd. The building hasn't changed, utilities didn't rise, so the only reason the company is increasing rates is for pure GREED.
