Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. And I just want to say that Bob. Was the greatest!! while I was doing my paperwork. We had little chats about family, it children animals. Ect Totally took me to a place and reminded me of what is important and we all dad face challenges. He also had some great Suggestions suggestions on how to protect my personal belongings. Better while after hearing I had a bad experience with another place, So thank you, Bob for being as hospitable as you were.

Cubesmart on Mayport Rd Atlantic Beach, Fl. Cubesmart on Mayport Rd. in Atlantic Beach, Fl. Everything went wrong. I just received a check for $2.00. I expected to get a lot more than that as my storage unit had a roof leak and I moved all of what I had stored there. When Pan Am owned the same place I had to move to a different locker, also due to a roof leak. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone! I called to complain about the roof leak and was told that I had not purchased storage insurance from them (which I was not informed about) and there was nothing they could do. I figure I lost more than $600 worth of what I had stored there.

The smell of mouse urine is overwhelming. Do not use this storage company. You will be charged to have your belongings destroyed. Shameful.

Exorbitant frequent rate increases For the past three years CubeSmart has been raising the rent exhorbantly every 6-12 months. Roughly 3 times the rate of inflation. Greed is the only reason for increases of this magnitude. I will move out just because of this. I had even asked about rate increases upon signing. Their response was small and infrequent which was a lie. No wonder they would not provide longer term contracts. My advice is find a different provider.
