Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none. Very accessible location Very accessible location, very close to my office, so it's a very comfortable arrangement for me. Sometimes the customer service could be better, but usually, it is great. Who knows, maybe someone had a bad day. Prices are very fair too.

28% rate increase Rented multiple units, within 6 months the rent increased 28 percent on each unit. A small rate increase each year is one thing, but 28 percent after only six months is absurd. The building hasn't changed, utilities didn't rise, so the only reason the company is increasing rates is for pure GREED.

And I just want to say that Bob. Was the greatest!! while I was doing my paperwork. We had little chats about family, it children animals. Ect Totally took me to a place and reminded me of what is important and we all dad face challenges. He also had some great Suggestions suggestions on how to protect my personal belongings. Better while after hearing I had a bad experience with another place, So thank you, Bob for being as hospitable as you were.
