(9/27/2023) Rented a storage unit at… (9/27/2023) Rented a storage unit at their Riverview, FL facility. During the finalization of completing the Agreement on-line, it turns out that they require you to purchase one of their locks for $19.99. The only way to not purchase the lock is to go into the local office and waste your time completing the Agreement and have them remove the Mandatory lock purchase. So, much for being convenient!

After our toy-hauler was broken into we asked about the cameras....answer was, oh, sorry we don't have them or they weren't working in the area we rented. I'm writing this while "on hold" for their SureSmart/Great American Insurance customer service; 20 mins and holding. I detest companies with "America" in their name that have horrible service, do better or get out of business!

They had a lot of patience and work with me. I would definitely be back at Valley Streams storage cube smart. They are a perfect team that work together. And that's what's important.

Very accessible location Very accessible location, very close to my office, so it's a very comfortable arrangement for me. Sometimes the customer service could be better, but usually, it is great. Who knows, maybe someone had a bad day. Prices are very fair too.

Security system has been down for months. so we’re paying for 24 hour security and getting none.
