28% rate increase Rented multiple units, within 6 months the rent increased 28 percent on each unit. A small rate increase each year is one thing, but 28 percent after only six months is absurd. The building hasn't changed, utilities didn't rise, so the only reason the company is increasing rates is for pure GREED.

Four months ago I rented a storage unit… Four months ago I rented a storage unit at the CubeSmart in Aransas Pass, TX at a rate of $113/mo for the first 4 months. After that the rate was supposed to increase to the normal rate that was 35% higher. Yesterday I received notice that the new rate is $250/mo—135% higher! I called the site manager in Aransas Pass who said it was a corporate decision and nothing could be done. Clearly, CubeSmart is running a bait and switch operation suckering people like me with a low introductory rate then sticking it to us. Do not rent from these unethical slime balls.

Federal Heights Location Charlotte at CubeSmart in Federal Heights was so awesome! I take care of an elderly friend in Kansas who has her storage in Denver and lost her keys. Charlotte helped get the right paperwork in place (Even last minute!) and patiently waited for me to drive there from Kansas, with a couple of delays, in order to oversee the lock getting cut and changed for this customer. She was friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. Thank you, Charlotte for great customer service and a wonderful experience with this company.

Cube Smart: the only Business in Las Vegas without any A.C.!!! The swamp cooler at Cube Smart at2121 Rock Springs has been broken from mid May until current!@ !! Ive ventured into my storage with 3 different thermometers .temp has varied from 95 degrees to 110 degrees. OTHER renters & myself have spoken with coorperate mgrs with big titles, have e mailed ,texted,complained,contacted BBB as our contents melt in this hell box. Its inhumane to hire movers as that would be torture!. And the upper mgement continues to lie about when it will be fixed!!!l What Business in LVstays open without Air? former customer The manager, DEZ, at Cubesmart DT McKinney,TX is a 5 star in my view. The gate has had a lot of issues as of late, but I found that the rent increase was definitely outrageous. Started at $70 a month and ended at $292 a month. To me this is an outrageous increased amount. So that being said, I cleared out my climate control unit and I am currently sorting through the stored items in order to not have this kind of increase on a loyal customer again. I will use Cubesmart in the future but hope management takes the following into consideration. I think there should be contracts for those of us that will pay our bills and support your business.
